- 1 large (12 oz.) tub Cool Whip
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Oero cookie pie crust
- Chocolate frosting or chocolate ganache
With a hand mixer, blend the Cool Whip, peanut butter and sugar until smooth and creamy. Pour into pie crust and freeze until hardened–about an hour.
Top frozen pie with chocolate frosting or chocolate ganache. Add chopped peanuts if desired. Return to freezer until you are ready to serve.
